DVP /VP Branch Manager Retail Banking

As a Branch Manager for new upcoming flagship branches in Pan Mumbai, specifically South Mumbai and Western Mumbai, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead a team in the Retail Branch Banking Segment. Your primary responsibility will be achieving growth and hitting sales targets by effectively managing the PCARM team for the cluster. You will be tasked with designing and implementing a strategic sales plan, including marketing activities, to support the team in acquiring premium new-to-bank customers. In addition, you will own recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring for the Branch Banking team. Building a strong team through the hiring of suitable candidates from competitive banks will also be a crucial aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you must hold essential qualifications such as an MBA, Post-Graduate, or Graduate degree, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a team management role in the financial services industry. Your technical skills should include a good understanding of banking products such as Current Accounts (CA), Trade Finance (TFX), Working Capital Finance (WCF), and Retail Assets, as well as effective team management capabilities. Your success in this role will be measured by key performance indicators, including ensuring quality PCA sourcing, achieving monthly targets for new-to-bank customers, balances, and cross-selling, identifying and onboarding suitable candidates for PCARM, motivating the team to meet targets, planning and executing sales and marketing events, and delivering revenue as per targets.
