Job Description

Strategic Marketing Leadership:

  • Lead marketing strategy for activewear and sportswear categories across global and domestic markets.
  • Drive end-to-end planning and execution of brand, product, and customer marketing initiatives.

Category Expertise Knits / Sports / Activewear:

  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience in

  • Responsible for shaping product-market fit, seasonal assortments, and positioning of performance wear.

Business Development & Customer Engagement:

  • Collaborate with international clients and retail buyers to understand market demands and translate them into deliverables.
  • Expand customer portfolio through targeted campaigns, events, and strategic alliances.

Trend Analysis & Product Innovation:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to anticipate industry trends and consumer preferences.
  • Provide actionable insights to design and product teams for new collection development.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with merchandising, design, sourcing, production, and sales teams to ensure alignment between product creation and go-to-market strategies.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

  • Lead and mentor high-performing marketing and business development teams.
  • Represent the organization in global client meetings and business reviews.
