Job Description

Operational Leadership:

  • Lead end-to-end operations for a large-scale apparel manufacturing unit with approx.

    5000 machines

    capacity.
  • Ensure seamless execution of production, quality, planning, industrial engineering, and supply chain functions.

Business Strategy & Execution:

  • Collaborate with top leadership to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business growth goals.
  • Drive performance optimization, cost-efficiency, and output scalability.

Wovens Expertise:

  • Strong technical and operational expertise in

    WOVENS

    manufacturing is mandatory.
  • Ensure category-specific quality standards, production methods, and client expectations are consistently met.

Lean Manufacturing & Industrial Engineering:

  • Implement and oversee

    Lean Manufacturing

    ,

    IE

    , and

    Planning

    frameworks to boost productivity.
  • Lead initiatives for process improvements, layout optimization, and labor efficiency.

Cross-functional Management:

  • Liaise across merchandising, sourcing, quality, planning, HR, and finance departments to ensure synergy in operations.
  • Drive accountability and KPI-based performance culture across the organization.

People Leadership & Compliance:

  • Manage large teams, foster leadership development, and ensure industrial harmony.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance standards including labor laws, environmental regulations, and ethical practices.
