Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Oversee Full Stack Operations delivery across Windows, Linux, Unix, Oracle, MS SQL, Middleware, AES, HPC, SRE, and Security towers.
Manage end-to-end Cloud Operations and delivery for cloud platforms and services.
Ensure SLA and KPI adherence, governance, and compliance with industry standards.
Drive operational excellence through automation, AIOps, observability, and orchestration strategies.
Lead and mentor Team Leads and SMEs across OS, DB, Middleware, HPC, and Security domains for 24x7 global operations.
Promote innovation through adoption of GenAI and AIOps for predictive analytics and self-healing capabilities.
Act as the primary escalation point for critical delivery issues.
Conduct governance reviews (MBR/QBR), build strategic client relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor.
Manage multimillion-dollar budgets, optimise delivery costs, and implement right-shoring strategies.
