Key Responsibilities

Global Business Leadership

• Define and execute a

• Establish and strengthen

  relationships with regulators, trade partners, and key distributors

  to solidify brand presence.

Strategic Growth & Partnerships

• Identify and drive

• Lead

Qualifications & Experience

• 15–20 years of progressive leadership experience in

  FMCG or consumer goods

  , with at least 8+ years in senior global or regional roles.
• Proven success in

  scaling FMCG businesses

  across

  India, Middle East, and Africa (IMEA)

  .
• Strong track record of

  P&L management, brand growth, and market expansion

  .
• Deep experience across

  modern trade, traditional trade, and e-commerce

  .
• Demonstrated success in

  building partnerships and executing market entry strategies

  .

• MBA or advanced degree

  in Business, Strategy, or Marketing preferred.
