As a key member of the team at KLYM, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of skincare by contributing to the development of a groundbreaking skincare platform that emphasizes intelligence and personalization. At KLYM, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the skincare industry by focusing on data, distribution, and relevance rather than traditional branding strategies. Currently operating in stealth mode, we are actively working on building our core technology, early product stack, and execution model. We are seeking a dynamic individual who possesses a strong background in building or scaling consumer categories within the beauty, personal care, or FMCG industries. Your experience may include roles as a founder, category head, or business lead in a D2C or enterprise-backed consumer brand. You should be adept at thinking holistically across product, brand, and market systems and be comfortable operating in fast-paced and ambiguous environments. Your primary responsibilities will involve designing KLYM's category roadmap, developing competitive strategies, and identifying early growth opportunities. You will lead efforts in product positioning, market entry strategies, and establishing brand partnerships. Additionally, you will be responsible for defining pricing, assortment, and expansion strategies based on user data and industry benchmarks. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as product, content, and operations will be essential to ensure alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in shaping investor communications, making strategic hires, and contributing to organizational design as the company scales. The ideal candidate will hold an undergraduate or postgraduate degree from a prestigious institution and possess 5-10 years of experience in consumer strategy, category management, brand building, or P&L leadership roles. Exposure to high-growth environments, whether in startups, consulting, or leading FMCG / D2C companies, is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, act decisively, and take ownership of initiatives is a key requirement for this role.
