Job Title: Senior US Healthcare Recruiter
Location: Ahmedabad, India
Position: On-site, Full-time
Working Hours: NIGHT SHIFT (6:00pm IST onwards)
Notice Period: Immediate With-in 15 Days

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for US-based healthcare roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build strong pipelines of qualified healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Allied Health, etc.) through proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Leverage multiple recruitment platforms including job boards, ATS systems, social media, and professional networks to identify and engage talent.
  • Understand the compliance and credentialing requirements for healthcare positions across various US states.
  • Collaborate closely with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver timely, high-quality candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database and ensure compliance with client and company standards.
  • Utilize data and recruitment metrics to evaluate hiring outcomes and continuously improve the recruitment process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, healthcare job market dynamics, and changes in federal and state regulations.
  • Previous work experience as an US recruiter, or a similar role in the field of recruitment
  • Organized, detail oriented and demonstrated ability to manage high volume recruitment activities
  • Strong technical expertise with the skillset to comprehend and communicate job requirements in the IT/ NON-IT sector
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, along with a flair for networking
  • Experience in working with computerized recruiter software and job boards
  • Ability to be self-driven and work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment

Required qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in US Healthcare Recruitment (experience in recruiting nurses, allied health professionals, or clinical staff is essential).
  • Proven track record in sourcing, qualifying, and placing candidates within the US healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of US staffing regulations, credentialing processes, and healthcare compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
  • Proficiency in using ATS systems, job boards (e.g., Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster), and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with VMS/MSP platforms and large healthcare staffing clients.
  • Deep understanding of the US healthcare landscape and talent acquisition challenges in this domain.
  • Strong networking abilities and talent engagement strategies tailored to healthcare professionals.
  • Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: 30,000.00 - 70,000.00 per month (Based on experience and performance)
