Salary Range: ₹4.8LPA – ₹7.2 LPA

Position Overview

We're seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead the design process, translating complex ideas into intuitive and impactful user experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that are not only visually compelling but also user-centered and functional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform user research to understand target audience behaviors, goals, and pain points.
• Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Craft high-quality, visually engaging UI designs that align with brand identity and usability principles.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers and developers to bring designs to life.
• Conduct usability testing sessions to collect actionable feedback and iterate on design solutions.
• Ensure visual and functional consistency across all platforms by maintaining robust design systems.
• Continuously stay informed about the latest UI/UX trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in specifically UI/UX design with a strong design portfolio showcasing a range of web and mobile applications projects.
• Design Expertise: Proficient in layout design, visual hierarchy, typography, and human-centered design principles.
• Accessibility Knowledge: Understanding of accessibility guidelines and color theory for inclusive design.
• Tools Mastery: Strong command of tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• CAD Advantage: Familiarity with CAD tools for product visualization is an added advantage.
• Prototyping Skills: Ability to design interactive wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related design field.
• Professional certification in UI/UX Design (preferred but not mandatory).
