Sr. UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:

Ackrolix Innovations is seeking a highly creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a strong design portfolio and hands-on expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, and Premiere Pro. You will be responsible for designing engaging user interfaces and crafting intuitive user experiences across websites, mobile apps, and web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually stunning and user-centric UI/UX designs for Websites, Mobile Apps, and Web Applications.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
• Ensure design consistency, creativity, and brand alignment across all platforms.
• Understand and design end-to-end project flow including User Journey, Admin Panel, and User Interfaces.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams for UI/UX Testing and ensure the final output meets the design standards.
• Participate in client meetings and manage effective communication and coordination with clients for feedback and approvals.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design quality.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Figma – Prototyping, collaborative design
• Adobe Photoshop – Graphics and UI design
• Adobe XD – Wireframes and high-fidelity UI design
• Adobe Premiere Pro – Basic video editing and motion UI
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in UI/UX Design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative and functional designs for Web, Mobile, and Admin interfaces.
• Excellent client coordination and communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with tech teams and participate in UI/UX QA and implementation cycles.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an agency environment.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Exposure to motion design or micro-interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
