Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create user-centric designs that enhance usability and delight customers.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
Design user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Analyze user feedback and data to improve user experience continuously.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability.
Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approach.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS (basic understanding preferred).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
