Key Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Own and manage the design team's software ecosystem, ensuring tools are optimized for seamless collaboration and scalability.
Continuously evaluate and refine UX workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and speed of execution.
Collaborate closely with design, product, engineering, marketing, and IT teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and operational excellence.
Plan, facilitate, and document design reviews, stand-ups, and other key design rituals to drive clarity and progress.
Track design project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
Support the implementation of metrics and dashboards to assess team performance and design impact.
Enable communication across distributed teams and maintain consistency in processes and tools.
Contribute to strategic initiatives that improve design team efficiency, collaboration, and scalability.

Experience Required:

5-8 years of experience in UX operations, project management, or design program management roles.
Proven experience managing design tools and workflows across large, cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to streamline complex processes.
Hands-on experience using collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Figma, or Asana.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
