Lead UX Designer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for complex software applications using Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop user-centered design solutions.
• Develop visual designs that effectively communicate the intended user experience and interface elements.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from stakeholders to iterate on designs.

Job Requirements :

• 6-8 years of experience in UI/UX design with a focus on wireframing, prototyping, or both.
• Proficiency in creating wireframes using traditional methods (e.g., paper sketches) or digital tools like Balsamiq Wireframes).
• Strong understanding of human-computer interaction principles and best practices in user experience design.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work collaboratively across multiple disciplines.
