Lead UX Designer

As a Lead UX Designer at TriNet, you will play a crucial role in enhancing user experience by championing user needs and translating them into impactful product features. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading projects and teams in a specific product area - Ensuring design quality across all products and processes within the team - Creating user-focused design solutions, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs aligned with product and strategic goals - Identifying improvement opportunities in systems, processes, design, and overall user experience - Conducting unbiased testing with users to gather feedback - Iterating on design concepts until meeting acceptance criteria - Defining and informing global user personas based on synthesized insights - Supporting product launches with necessary guidelines - Building strong relationships to understand the business thoroughly and deliver exceptional design solutions - Communicating ideas effectively through documentation, reviews, and presentations to stakeholders - Collaborating with UX Writers and Researchers to incorporate customer feedback into high-fidelity designs - Mentoring and coaching other Designers in the team - Adhering to policies and standards while performing assigned duties Qualifications required for this role include: Education: - Bachelor's Degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field - Master's Degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field (preferred) Experience: - 8+ years of experience in designing for enterprise applications or customer-facing websites and mobile applications - 8+ years of experience in creating flow-charts, wireframes, high-fidelity design mockups, and detailed design specifications (preferred) Skills and Abilities: - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Invision, Miro, or similar applications - Strong understanding of iOS and Android design guidelines - Knowledge of technology including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript capabilities - Effective time management, prioritization, and deadline management skills - A design portfolio showcasing expertise in web and mobile design principles Travel Requirements: - None to minimal Work Environment: - Office-based role in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable work setting Please note that the job description provided is not exhaustive, and job duties may change according to business needs.
