UI/UX Designer Tech Lead

UI/UX Designer Offshore (Reports & Dashboards for Group Life Claims domain). The Offshore Senior UI/UX Designer will lead the design and user experience strategy for reports and dashboards related to the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.

This role involves collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces that enhance decision-making and data consumption.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and understand user needs for dashboards and reports.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for Power BI dashboards and other reporting tools.
• Ensure designs align with usability principles, accessibility standards, and corporate branding guidelines.
• Drive the end-to-end design process, from concept to final implementation, ensuring seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX designs.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements.
• Document design specifications and provide guidance to offshore and onshore teams for consistent delivery.
• Stay updated on UI/UX best practices and emerging trends in data visualization and BI tools.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8 to 12 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on dashboards and data visualization
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Familiarity with Power BI and other BI platforms for dashboard design
• Strong understanding of usability principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards
• Ability to translate complex data into intuitive visual representations
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder discussions and requirement gathering
• Experience in P&C Insurance domain is highly desirable
