Job Description

Sr. TL Mechanical Engg.

Lead team of Design Engineers for Petro Retail network.
Work on Layout of Retail Outlets
Piping Layout & Equipment Layout
SOQ Schedule of Quantity
MTO- Material Take off
Interaction with consultant on review of drawings
Fitment & conceptual preparation (Layout Preparation)

Engineer and implement projects to meet business requirements
- Develop standard engineering drawings / specifications based on design basis
- Timely deliverables as per agreed norms of quality and HSSE
- Incorporate new developments in design and standards
- Stay abreast of developments in technology / industry / competition
- Develop layout drawings for Gaseous fuels retail outlets such as CNG/LNG as standalone or Co-located as per Statutory requirements.
- Resolve queries received from Project managers, Sites, Statutory authorities etc.

People development for enhanced capability & productivity
- Developing training modules and conduct training programs
- Create in house competency to meet all engineering needs

Bring focus and continually improve practices related to HSSE
- Review & incorporate safety aspects /checks in existing designs & ensure awareness by available communication avenues.
- Perform root cause analysis of accidents / near miss reports; implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence.

Asset management to enhance reliability & productivity
- Carry out root cause analysis of failures and provide optimum solutions to enhance reliability

Maximize customer satisfaction (internal & external) and take corrective action on feedback

Total No. of Experience 12-15 years

Qualification BE/Btech Mechanical/ MTech

Relevant Industry - Oil & Gas/Petrochemicals
