Job Title: Infrastructure Management Specialist Location: TechM Mumbai Chandivali Years of Experience: 5 7 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Management Specialist with a strong background in Incident Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of our IT infrastructure while effectively managing incidents to minimize downtime and impact on business operations. This role requires a proactive approach to problem solving and a commitment to delivering high quality service. Responsibilities: Monitor and manage IT infrastructure components, ensuring optimal performance and availability. Lead incident management processes, including identification, categorization, prioritization, and resolution of incidents. Coordinate with cross functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure related issues. Develop and maintain incident management documentation, including procedures, reports, and knowledge base articles. Implement best practices for incident management and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding incident status and resolution progress. Participate in root cause analysis and post incident reviews to prevent future occurrences. Assist in capacity planning and performance tuning of infrastructure components. Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. Mandatory Skills: Strong knowledge and experience in Incident Management processes and frameworks (e.g., ITIL). Proficiency in monitoring tools and incident tracking systems. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non technical teams. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud infrastructure and services (e.g., AWS, Azure). Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages. Knowledge of network and server management. Certifications in ITIL or related frameworks. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 7 years of experience in Infrastructure Management with a focus on Incident Management. Proven track record of managing incidents and improving incident response times.
