Job Title: Technical Support / Helpdesk Location: TechM Mumbai Chandivali Years of Experience: 5 7 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Technical Support / Helpdesk professional with 5 7 years of experience to conduct annual reviews of documents, manage change processes, and maintain the risk register. The ideal candidate will possess strong process consulting skills and a deep understanding of technical support operations. This role is crucial for ensuring that our documentation and risk management practices are up to date and effective. Responsibilities: Conduct annual reviews of technical documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards. Manage change management processes, including documentation, communication, and implementation of changes. Maintain and update the risk register, identifying potential risks and recommending mitigation strategies. Provide technical support to internal teams and clients, resolving issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in technical support operations. Prepare and present reports on document reviews, change management activities, and risk assessments to stakeholders. Train and mentor junior team members on best practices in technical support and process consulting. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience in process consulting, with a focus on technical support and helpdesk operations. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and improve processes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to stakeholders. Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools. Experience in maintaining risk registers and conducting risk assessments. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks. Experience with document management systems and tools. Knowledge of project management principles and practices. Ability to work collaboratively in a team oriented environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 5 7 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or process consulting roles. Relevant certifications in ITIL, project management, or process improvement are a plus.
