Job Role :
Configure workforce structures, employment models, and workflows. Implement Redwood UI and build extensions/custom pages using VBCS. Ensure compliance with Data Masking & Security standards. Work on Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, HDL & HSDL. Support OTBI reports, testing (SIT/UAT), training, and post-go-live. Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Provide functional expertise and best practice recommendations. Supervisory / Managerial responsibilities (please specify if the position will have persons reporting to it): Other responsibilities Budgets, targets, equipment etc (please specify):
Key Skills/Knowledge:
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR.
Experience on end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR is prefered
Hands-on with Redwood UI, VBCS, and Data Masking. Technical exposure: Fast Formula, HCM Extract, BIP, HDL, HSDL. Strong configuration, testing, and issue resolution skills. Excellent stakeholder management & documentation abilities.
Experience required:
