About the Job – You'll design and implement scalable HR workflows using ServiceNow's Human Resources Service Delivery module. This role demands hands-on expertise in configuring portals, case management, and automation to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

Job Title - Service Now HRSD Developer
Location: Hyderabad Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Mode of Work- Hybrid Experience Required - 8+ years

Key Responsibilities Platform Configuration & Customization Configure and customize ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT Service Management (ITSM) applications. Design, enhance, and support core ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB. Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI actions, client scripts, and custom forms. HRSD Implementation & Optimization Implement and optimize HRSD modules: Case Management, Knowledge Base, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events. Align HRSM scoped applications with HR business processes, improving efficiency and employee experience. Build HR-specific workflows and UI policies to streamline services. Automation & Integration Leverage Flow Designer and Integration Hub for automation and orchestration. Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs. Delivery & Collaboration Work closely with HR, IT Operations, and Platform Teams to deliver scalable solutions. Participate in end to end project lifecycles: requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ITSM & HRSD applications. Enhance functionalities based on evolving business requirements
