Sr Tech Supp Specialist

• Lead and manage a team of support specialists to provide advanced technical support to customers
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement support strategies

• Minimum 2 years of experience in advanced technical support or related roles
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
