Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive / Sr. Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and focus on managing the complete recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
  • Draft and publish compelling job descriptions and postings on job portals, social media, and company channels
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, campus drives, and other platforms
  • Conduct initial screening and coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers
  • Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Negotiate offers, prepare documentation, and support smooth joining formalities
  • Maintain and update candidate records
  • Track recruitment metrics (e.g., TAT, source effectiveness)
  • Prepare weekly dashboards on hiring status and share reports
  • Assist with building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future needs
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Collaborate with the HR team to align recruitment and operational strategies with business goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s / Master's degree (preferably in HR / Business Administration)
  • Overall, 2-5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition (Non-IT & IT).
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Excel, ATS tools, and recruitment dashboards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Working Days:

  • Monday- Friday, 1st and 3rd Saturday
  • 2nd, 4th & 5th Saturdays will be weekly off.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of HR analytics or talent forecasting
  • Experience in engagement activities, L&D, and other aspects of HR operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
