Job Title: Infrastructure Management Specialist Location: SBI NaviMumbai Years of Experience: 2 5 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Infrastructure Management Specialist with a strong background in Red Hat Linux Administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance of systems. This role requires a proactive approach to problem solving and a commitment to maintaining the integrity and security of our infrastructure. Responsibilities: Administer and maintain Red Hat Linux servers, ensuring optimal performance and security. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Implement and manage system backups and disaster recovery plans. Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and deploy infrastructure solutions. Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to infrastructure management. Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end users. Participate in capacity planning and performance tuning of infrastructure components. Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in Red Hat Linux Administration. Experience with system monitoring tools and performance tuning. Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation tasks. Understanding of security best practices in a Linux environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, KVM). Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet). Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2 5 years of experience in infrastructure management with a focus on Linux systems. Relevant certifications (e.g., Red Hat Certified System Administrator) are a plus. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
