Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain LAN/WAN networks, servers, and hardware infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and administer Windows OS (XP, 7, 8, 10) and Windows Server (2003, 2008 R2, 2012 R2 and above).
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, IIS (6.0/7.0/7.5/8+), and Microsoft technologies.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot MS-SQL, Visual Studio, Outlook, Windows Live Mail, Email servers, SSL, SVN, Web/Domain hosting.
• Configure and manage firewalls, routers, internet connectivity, and troubleshooting network issues.
• Handle backup and recovery processes for critical business applications.
• Manage and provide support for G-Suite, Office 365, OneDrive, and other collaboration tools.
• Support installation and configuration of various developer tools and enterprise applications.
• Monitor system performance, handle escalated tickets, and resolve issues through ticketing tools.
• Ensure IT security compliance, implement patches, and maintain system updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and server administration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, IIS, and Windows servers.
• Proficiency in firewall configuration, routers, internet connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience in cloud & collaboration platforms (G-Suite, Office 365, OneDrive).
• Knowledge of backup tools, ticketing systems, and ITIL processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

10 To 15 Days/ Immediate Joiner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
