Sr. Specialist - Master Data Quality & Performance

• Support master data quality improvement activities across all sites in the frame of M&S master data playbook
• Identify any master data quality and availability issues and propose solutions and remediation (continuous improvement spirit)
• Provide technical analysis on Masterdata and implementation of new scope

• Site-level data collection to define and set up parameters to ensure the correct scope of Masterdata

• Preparing the execution of internal assessments / capability reviews by providing relevant data analysis and data situation report
• Preparing MD deactivation analysis and executing deactivations operations according to relevant policies and instructions

• Follow the evolution of the M&S Masterdata Playbook to extend the scope of the M&S DataLab
• Contribute to the evolution of the M&S Masterdata Playbook by supporting BPOs through data extraction and data analysis to test and challenge business rules
• Responsible of collecting and following DataLab user feedbacks and support the user experience evolution

Preferred skills/expertise/experience:

Experience

• Minimum 2 year in Master Data Management with knowledge of pharma industry (e.g., GxP)
• Preferably, work experience / educational background in data analytics (covering supply chain mgmt. / logistics / pharma quality mgmt. / pharma manufacturing)

Skills/expertise

• Strong understanding of Master Data Management, data governance frameworks local processes, and site systems
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge with data analytics and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI) - Optional
• Work experience with SAP ERP (ECC 6.0, S/4H) - Mandatory
• Work experience with Kinaxis, LIMS - Optional
• Mandatory English, preferably languages for key markets (French)
