Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Sr. Specialist will be responsible for overseeing specific strategic initiatives, managing project implementations, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving program success, analyzing data to derive actionable insights, and managing stakeholder communications effectively. The Sr. Specialist will also support innovation and process improvements within the organization.

Description:

2+ years if Post Graduate / 4+ years of experience if an undergraduate and should have some kind of association or partnership with Product experience

Look for candidates with hands on in Customer Experience or Customer Research

Good in handling Metrics like NPS or CSAT

Candidate should be good at Qualitative research either from Market Research or from Product Data.

The candidate should be good in using Data Analysis tools like Looker or Tableauor with good excel knowledge

Good Presentation and Communication skills
