Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy. Work on building the right data governance practice as we scale in our journey from a startup to more enterprise architecture To ensure seamless onboarding with a dynamic team - you as a leader are expected to: Roll up their sleeves as needed, and never delegate work that one would not be willing to do themselves Do what is needed to get things done, as they believe speed is more important than anything else to effect change Over communicate, particularly as they are all quite autonomous Take care of our staff, and treat them as they would want to be treated Are detail oriented, able to operate in an environment of chaos, identifying the right opportunities Requirements Experienced working in Data Products and building and scaling data teams to support organization growth Experience using ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Experience with Google Cloud Platform products and services such as Vision API, Recommendations API, Cloud Natural Language. An in-depth knowledge of AI techniques, their real-world advantages/drawbacks, and ability to prescribe and implement feasible and appropriate conventional/AI related techniques that serve as solutions to problems. Good knowledge of codebase shares like Gitlab, bitbucket, and CI/CD process Strong problem solving skills with an emphasis on business solution product development.
