Job Title: Sr. ReactJS Developer Location: TechM Pune Hinjewadi Years of Experience: 5 7 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced ReactJS Developer with a strong background in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Web Accessibility to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications that are not only functional and efficient but also accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in JavaScript and TypeScript. Implement and advocate for web accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure our applications are usable by people with disabilities. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience as a ReactJS Developer. Strong proficiency in ECMAScript 6 and TypeScript. Expertise in Web Accessibility standards and best practices (WCAG). Solid understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML and CSS. Experience with version control systems like Git. Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with rest api and web services. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Experience with Automatic Testing Platform. Familiarity with accessibility testing tools such as axe or WAVE.
