Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 7 to 9 years of experience in AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL Mongo db kafka spring boot The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Asset & Wealth Management. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our projects and help drive our mission forward. Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java + react mongo db kafka spring boot . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features. Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality organization and automation. Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. Implement best practices in software development and ensure compliance with industry standards. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Ensure that all solutions are scalable secure and maintainable. Support the deployment and monitoring of applications in a hybrid work model. Qualifications Possess strong experience in AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL. Demonstrate expertise in Asset & Wealth Management domain. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment. Have strong communication and collaboration skills. Display a proactive approach to learning and development.
