Sr. Software Engineer B2

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Openshift Microservices Spring Boot Java and SQL with a strong background in the Cards & Payments domain. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java Spring Boot and Microservices.

Design and implement scalable and secure applications on Openshift Cloud Platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.

Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.

Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Participate in the entire software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment.

Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Implement best practices for software development and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Develop and maintain documentation for software design and implementation.

Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of Openshift Cloud Platform services and architecture.

Demonstrate proficiency in SQL and database management.

Have extensive experience with Spring Boot and Java development.

Show expertise in MySQL and database optimization techniques.

Exhibit a deep understanding of the Cards & Payments domain.
