Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Spring Boot and Java along with domain experience in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer. This hybrid role requires strong technical and domain skills to contribute to our projects and improve our services. Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot and Java. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features. Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs in the software. Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members. Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and practices. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations particularly in the Medicare & Medicaid Claims domain. Collaborate with the QA team to ensure thorough testing and validation of software. Document software designs code and processes for future reference. Qualifications Possess strong experience in Spring Boot and Java development. Have a deep understanding of Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities. Show proficiency in software development best practices and methodologies. Have experience with Agile development processes. Display a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Be capable of working in a hybrid work model with minimal supervision. Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. Preferably have experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture. Show familiarity with version control systems like Git. Demonstrate the ability to write clean maintainable and efficient code. Possess strong organizational and time management skills. Show more Show less
