Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer B2 with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Core Java Spring Boot Rest API . Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required. Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java Javascript and mySQL. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features. Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality organization and automation. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment processes. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain current and competitive. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and practices. Ensure all solutions are scalable secure and maintainable. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress. Qualifications Must have strong experience in Core Java Spring Boot Rest API. Should have a solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies. Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Should have experience with version control systems such as Git. Nice to have experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. Should have strong communication and collaboration skills. Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Should be self-motivated and able to work independently. Must have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. Should have experience with Agile development methodologies. Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and requirements. Should have a passion for technology and continuous learning.
