Sr. Site Reliability Engineer

We are looking for candidate with 5+ years of experience with Application support or production support and .NET or Java Monitoring tools- Grafana or Prometheus or Splunk or Dynatrace.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience with Incident Management Processes, ITIL, Service Now or Equivalent ticketing tool
• Proficiency in the Microsoft .NET stack (C#, VB.net, Asp. Net) or Java / At least able to debug source code
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Able to write SQL Queries, Stored Procedures
• As a Production Support Engineer, should have knowledge of SRE.
• Have worked on Incidents and Change Release handling Production Environment
• Participate in Release and Deployment process
• Work towards advancing the DevOps discipline across the enterprise
• Work with the team on manual support evaluation and provide recommendations on DevOps tooling and automation, wherever possible
• Experience debugging and performance tuning applications and services.
• Ability to debug and analyze windows, web server and application logs
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues involving multiple systems

Qualifications

• Education- BE, BTech any technical graduate
• Experience- 5 to 7 years
• NP- Immediate joiner
• 24x5 Shift Timing - Morning: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM, General: 11:30 PM to 08:30 PM, Night: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM
