Sr. Site Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Coordinate construction activities at the project site to ensure that work is completed according to timelines, specifications, and budgets. Monitor progress and ensure adherence to construction plans, drawings, and specifications. Assist in resolving on-site technical issues promptly to avoid delays. Quality Assurance and Safety: Implement safety guidelines and regulations on-site, ensuring compliance with legal and TRANSWAYS Realty's safety standards. Conduct regular quality inspections to maintain high standards in project delivery. Identify potential safety hazards and take corrective action where necessary. Team Coordination: Supervise and guide site workers and subcontractors, providing technical advice and ensuring collaboration among team members. Coordinate between on-site personnel, project management, and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth workflow. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily progress reports, inspection records, and quality checklists. Report project progress, challenges, and solutions to the Project Manager. Materials Management: Monitor material usage and inventory levels to ensure availability while minimizing wastage. Coordinate material deliveries and ensure they meet project requirements.
