Sr. SEO Executive

We’re not looking for someone who just understands what SEO is.
We want a leader who can plan, execute, and deliver real results through smart strategy and consistent action.

If you’ve only done surface-level SEO, this role is not for you.
If you know how to rank websites, scale traffic, manage a team, and beat the competition, you're who we're looking for.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and lead complete SEO strategies with strong execution and measurable outcomes

• Take ownership of organic traffic growth across all domains and platforms

• Manage and guide SEO executives, writers, and freelancers to deliver results

• Conduct deep technical audits and fix crawl errors, speed issues, indexing problems, and site structure

• Drive authority through quality link building, outreach, and partnerships

• Lead performance reporting with clear data and action steps

• Operate confidently in SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4, Search Console, Screaming Frog, GTM

• Push strategies that bring real results, not fluff

What You Must Bring

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of hands-on SEO experience with clear proof of results

• Real-world rankings, organic growth, and leads you’ve personally delivered

• Strong grasp of technical SEO including site speed, Core Web Vitals, schema, and crawlability

• Experience managing complex websites or multiple domains

• Ability to take full ownership of projects and drive them to completion

• Confident communication with writers, developers, and business owners

• Strategic thinking that blends technical skill with creative problem-solving

Bonus If You Have

• Worked in fast-paced agency or startup environments

• Used advanced tools like Surfer SEO, log analyzers, or built your own SEO processes

• Experience in CRO, UI/UX, or A/B testing

• Ability to train junior SEO team members and build systems
