Sr. SEO Analyst

Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies for some of the top brands in the country
• Conduct keyword research and develop robust roadmap for the client
• Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
• Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy
• Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization, Identify key SEO KPIs
• Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
• Prepare and present reports regularly
• Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
  

Requirements

• Should have handled big clients individually and as a team.
• Should be able to lead a larger team and train them according to their skills. Provide valuable feedback on their growth and a development plan for their career.
• Attend all project/client onboarding calls and be able to handle the calls individually.
• Do quality checks of the work done by the team and provide feedback to improve the
  

• Conduct training on a regular basis to keep the team up to date on the domain.
• Strong knowledge and experience with MS office.
• Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO, digital marketing latest trends and best practices
  

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in SEO
• Knowledge HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Well versed with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahref, SEMRush, Accuranker, etc
• In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Good Team player and team manager
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Any bachelor’s degree, preferable in marketing or similar relevant field
