We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our agile development teams. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of high-quality software products by facilitating agile principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and lead daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Guide the team in using agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to deliver value to customers.
• Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and escalate issues as needed.
• Coach the team on agile principles, values, and best practices.
• Track and report on team progress and sprint burndown.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Ensure the team adheres to agile principles and best practices.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure clear and concise product backlogs.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to share best practices and improve overall agile delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and their underlying principles.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., financial services) is highly desirable.

Desirable Skills:

• Certification in Scrum (e.g., PSM I, PSM II)
• Experience with Lean principles
• Experience with DevOps practices
• Experience with coaching and mentoring teams
