Sr. Scrum Master

As a Sr. Scrum Master at NTT DATA in Bangalore, Karnataka (IN-KA), India, your role will involve coaching and guiding teams to implement and follow SAFe in the right way. Your key responsibilities will include: - Embedding and driving Agile ceremonies, best practices, and use of artifacts within all product teams - Working closely with Product Owners to groom and proactively manage backlogs and product timelines - Integrating agile and Lean principles into team practices and work products - Ensuring overall value delivery in terms of user stories, epics, and releases - Enabling developers and supporting in the removal of impediments - Applying relevant DevOps principles, tools, and methodologies throughout the product teams - Managing capacities, coherence, controls, quality, and outputs of the development team - Ensuring cadence with stakeholders and general alignment between all agile stakeholders - Driving outcomes and ensuring that sprints are completed according to the overall program timeline and budget - Balancing and prioritizing business needs - Supporting Agile Coach regarding ceremonies, artifacts, and OKRs - Developing, implementing, and managing effective operational processes with a focus on customer service - Maintaining management engagement with all stakeholders - Providing valuable insights to improve team performance About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
