Key Responsibilities

• Work on SAP Finance Retail areas such as

  General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking, Taxation, Pricing, Promotions

  , and integration with SAP and Non-SAP systems.
• Participate in

  1–2 full-cycle S/4HANA Finance implementations

  .
• Demonstrate strong understanding of financial processes in

  GL, AP, AR, Procure to Pay, and Master Data

  .
• Work on FI module components:

  General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Banking

  (including related integrations).
• Work on CO module components:

  Cost Centres, Internal Orders, Profit Centres

  .
• Handle end-to-end processes for

  AP, AR, GL, Asset Accounting, Taxation, and Banking

  , along with tools such as

  BPM/Ariba/Concur/Blackline/Lucernex

  .
• Strong hands-on experience with

  SAP S/4HANA

  .
• Manage Master Data components including

  GL master, Cost/Profit Centres, Vendor Master, Customer Master, Bank Master

  .
• Configure SAP Accounts Payable components such as vendor account groups, payment methods,

  F110 (APP)

  , payment types (

  ISO 20022, Wire, SEPA, ACH, NEFT

  ), tax setup, and transmission methods to/from banks.
• Strong knowledge of

  Withholding Tax, Payment Terms

  , and integration with

  Purchase Orders (2-way/3-way match)

  , SRM, Ariba, Coupa, and Vertex.
• Understanding of key S/4 functionalities like

  Business Partner

  and basic functionality of

  MDG-S

  .
• Work extensively on

  FI/CO integration

  with Purchasing, Materials Management, and Sales & Distribution (SD).
• Experience working with bank interfaces for

  payment files, positive pay files, lockbox, acknowledgements, MT940

  and third-party tools such as

  High Radius, Hans Orga

  .
• Good integration knowledge with middleware such as

  PI

  and

  SWIFT

  .
• Strong understanding of

  data migration strategies

  (master & transactional data including PO/GR-IR) from

  ECC to S/4HANA

  ; exposure to

  MDGS

  is a plus.
• Working knowledge of batch job scheduling and monitoring tools such as

  CA7

  and

  Control-M

  .

Requirements

• Minimum

  10+ years

  of SAP FICO experience in retail domain.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of

  S/4HANA

  Finance.
• Experience with SAP FICO configuration, integrations, and master data.
• Expertise in Retail Finance processes and cross-functional integration.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
