Job Description

The Red Hat IT team is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join the Salesforce Support Team. Your role involves proactively collaborating with internal customers to address issues and demonstrate value by resolving technical issues. As a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst, you should be motivated, possess strong communication skills, and have the technical expertise to excel in dynamic environments. Your responsibilities include front-line troubleshooting, providing guidance to Salesforce users globally, and ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for supported business systems, providing functional and second-level technical support as required. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive issue management, adherence to established ticket support processes, and effective troubleshooting. Additionally, you will identify recurring issues, propose process enhancements, interpret business requirements, and update knowledge base documentation to ensure up-to-date information for customers and IT teams. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and administering SFDC, along with 2+ years of Salesforce/CPQ support experience. Demonstrated outstanding customer service and technical support skills are essential, with proficiency in Salesforce tools like Data Loader and Workbench. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, Agile team experience, and excellent written and verbal communication are crucial. A Bachelor's degree in information systems or equivalent business experience is required, and additional certifications like Salesforce Administrator Certification are preferred.
