Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development and sales for

  furniture and interior fit-out projects

  across corporate, commercial, and institutional clients.
• Identify, approach, and develop relationships with

  architects, interior designers, project consultants, and corporate clients

• Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation, proposal, and presentation to negotiation and deal closure.
• Work closely with design, estimation, and project execution teams to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Track

  market trends, competitor activities

  , and upcoming project opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with key clients and ensure repeat business.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications:
