Job Description

Sr. Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead sales initiatives for laundry and kitchen equipment in both ongoing projects and the replacement market.
Build and maintain strong relationships across sectors including hospitality, consultants, principals, PMC firms, owners, and operators.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets across assigned regions.
Set and monitor sales targets for team members and report performance metrics to senior management.
Provide ongoing training, motivation, and development to the sales team.
Equip the team with updated product knowledge, market insights, and selling techniques.
Represent the company and promote products effectively to target customer segments.
Independently interact with clients, understand their requirements, and deliver tailored solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets while tracking competition and industry trends.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Engineering (mandatory).
8-10 years of successful sales experience in the Commercial Laundry and/or Food Service Equipment industry.
Proven ability to manage sales teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel frequently across India.
