Sr. Sales Manager – Commercial Laundry & Kitchen Equipment bengaluru 8 - 10 years INR 14.0 - 16.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sr. Sales Manager to lead and grow our Laundry and Kitchen Equipment sales across India, with a key focus on the South and West regions. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue in capital equipment sales. Key Responsibilities Lead sales initiatives for laundry and kitchen equipment in both ongoing projects and the replacement market. Build and maintain strong relationships across sectors including hospitality, consultants, principals, PMC firms, owners, and operators. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets across assigned regions. Set and monitor sales targets for team members and report performance metrics to senior management. Provide ongoing training, motivation, and development to the sales team. Equip the team with updated product knowledge, market insights, and selling techniques. Represent the company and promote products effectively to target customer segments. Independently interact with clients, understand their requirements, and deliver tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets while tracking competition and industry trends. Requirements Bachelors degree in Engineering (mandatory). 8-10 years of successful sales experience in the Commercial Laundry and/or Food Service Equipment industry. Proven ability to manage sales teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Willingness to travel frequently across India.

Sales Engineer – Laundry Equipment & Kitchen Equipment’s bengaluru 2 - 3 years INR 4.5 - 5.5 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer, based in Bangalore to support our Laundry Equipment (LE) and Kitchen Equipment (KE) business operations in Bangalore and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and a proven track record in field sales, particularly in the hospitality sector. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular visits to existing and potential 4- and 5-star hotel clients as per a weekly planner approved by the reporting manager. Build and maintain a comprehensive database of customers in the hospitality industry. Possess sound technical and commercial knowledge of LE & KE products and demonstrate strong command over the end-to-end sales process. Focus on driving business for spare parts , Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) , and consumables related to hotel projects. Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve customer satisfaction and timely service delivery. Ensure achievement of annual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the division. Qualifications: Graduate in Engineering or Diploma holder (preferably in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation). 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the hospitality equipment sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
