Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets across assigned regions. Set and monitor sales targets for team members and report performance metrics to senior management. Provide ongoing training, motivation, and development to the sales team. Equip the team with updated product knowledge, market insights, and selling techniques. Represent the company and promote products effectively to target customer segments. Independently interact with clients, understand their requirements, and deliver tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets while tracking competition and industry trends. Requirements Bachelors degree in Engineering (mandatory). 8-10 years of successful sales experience in the Commercial Laundry and/or Food Service Equipment industry. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular visits to existing and potential 4- and 5-star hotel clients as per a weekly planner approved by the reporting manager. Build and maintain a comprehensive database of customers in the hospitality industry. Possess sound technical and commercial knowledge of LE & KE products and demonstrate strong command over the end-to-end sales process. Focus on driving business for spare parts , Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) , and consumables related to hotel projects. Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve customer satisfaction and timely service delivery. Ensure achievement of annual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the division.
