Job Summary:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and convert B2B sales leads for waste management services across multiple sectors
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Identify client needs and propose customized waste management solutions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, client interactions, and reports
  • Stay updated with government norms, tenders, and policies related to waste management
  • Coordinate with operations and service delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Participate in sustainability campaigns, events, and exhibitions to represent the company

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum

    2 years of B2B Sales experience

    , preferably in environmental services, facility management, or industrial services
  • Strong network and ability to approach clients across various sectors (industry, public sector, residential & commercial)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about sustainability and environmental impact
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of government procedures, tenders, and public sector engagement is a plus
  • Fluent in English and local language (as applicable)
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field
  • MBA is a plus but not mandatory
