We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for renewable energy, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. As a Solar Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our solar products and services, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to contribute to our growth.Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calls.
  • Conduct site assessments and educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and our offerings.
  • Provide personalized energy solutions tailored to meet the needs of individual customers.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
  • Maintain a detailed database of leads and customer interactions using our CRM system.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of solar technology and energy efficiency concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Freshers are welcome
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
