Sr. Sales Executive

Job Summary

The Marketing & Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of residential flats, managing customer enquiries, and ensuring smooth closure of property transactions. The role requires proactive lead management, consistent follow-ups, and the ability to convert prospects into successful sales.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets for residential projects
• Handle all incoming enquiries via phone, mobile, and walk-ins with professionalism
• Conduct timely follow-ups and arrange site visits for prospective clients
• Generate new leads through telecalling, marketing activities, and networking
• Work toward achieving monthly and quarterly goals set by the Reporting Manager
• Expand new business opportunities while enhancing existing client relationships
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle
• Coordinate property closures, oversee documentation, and support fund disbursement
• Work independently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

• Mandatory telecalling experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
