Position: Senior Sales Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting to: A.G.M. – Sales & Product Development
Location: [Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Goa, Pune, Ahmadabad, Chandigarh, Haridwar, Delhi – NCR, Guwahati]

Role Overview

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration for advanced laboratory equipment, including ULT & Lab freezers and refrigerators, centrifuges, clean air equipment, and ultra-pure water purification systems. This role requires a strong technical understanding of scientific equipment, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions to research institutions, hospitals, universities, and industrial laboratories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned product lines.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic accounts in the life sciences, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, and end-users.
  • Provide consultative support to customers, ensuring product suitability and satisfaction.
  • Manage post-sales support in collaboration with service teams.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to provide insights for product positioning.
  • Work closely with the National Sales Manager to develop territory-specific strategies.
  • Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
  • Coordinate with application specialists, service engineers, and distributors to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM tools.
  • Submit timely reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Biotechnology, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 2–3 years of proven sales experience in scientific/laboratory equipment or healthcare technology.
  • Strong technical knowledge of laboratory instruments (freezers, centrifuges, clean air systems, water purification etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
