Key Roles & Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through calls, networking, and other channels.
Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable product solutions.
Handle price negotiation and ensure profitable deals.
Close orders and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain healthy client relationships for repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with management.
Requirements
Female candidate with 1 to 4 years of sales experience (preferably in manufacturing/industrial sector).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability in lead generation and order closing.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication).
Goal-oriented and self-driven personality.
