Sr. Sales Executive for Gujarat

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and E-Commerce (E-Com) operations in the entire Gujarat.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in General Trade, Modern Trade.
• Manage and expand the existing distribution network while onboarding new retail partners and distributors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability, visibility, and promotional execution.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Drive negotiations with key accounts and modern trade partners for better margins and shelf space.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with trade regulations.
• Train and mentor sales representatives to enhance overall sales performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/master’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, Food sales, or retail.
• Strong understanding of General Trade or Modern Trade.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat.
