Strong communication and presentation skills, along with proficiency in both spoken and written English, are essential for effective customer engagement and relationship management. Your day-to-day activities will include attending and arranging customer events, seminars, and presentations, as well as monitoring order execution and supporting project handling teams. You will also be responsible for submitting reports on time using tools like SFDC, resolving customer complaints, and upholding safety, quality, and integrity standards in all interactions.
