The Senior Sales Engineer will play a key role in providing technical support, engaging with customers to understand their requirements, and developing customized safety solutions. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, addressing customer inquiries, supporting the sales process, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and technical expertise. The ideal candidate for this position should possess technical skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, excellent communication and customer service abilities, and have a background in sales, preferably in the fire safety industry. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field are also required. The candidate should be able to work effectively on-site and collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
